GN Netcom Y-Training Cord with mute switch. This cable is to be used with any GN Netcom Headset or GN Netcom Direct Connect headset. This cable allows for two users to functions off one adapter. Also knows as the “Supervisor’s Adapter Cord”. Comes with in-line- mute switch so the supervisor/trainer can monitor the call without interruption and with the flip of a switch become part of the conversation. Great for any training environment or call center where call monitoring is essential.
