Vidicode Call Recorder Pico Unit - Perfect Recording Solution

This new Call Recording device is an all new, low cost call recording device.

The unit will record from a single analogue line / extension by installing the unit In Series with the phone line. The unit will start and stop recording via On/Off Hook Detection

To record from a digital extension, you install the unit in series with the hand piece curly cord. The unit works off VOX and I have been using a unit for a while now, and it works great. The start/ stop detection is very responsive and it detects the start and finish of conversations very accurately.

The unit can also be put into manual mode and the recording can be started or stopped via the software supplied or by the button on the unit.

This device then connects with a PC via USB cable and with the software supplied, calls are recorded onto the local system.

The system can be installed with up to 6 units, however a powered USB hub is required to power more than 2 devices on the one PC. Also, the software can be configure to store the recorded calls on a remote network drive.

It's a very flexible system for a low cost Call Recording solution.

Software :
Together with the included Pico PC software and your PC you can easily record all your telephone calls.
The Pico software is designed to give easy access to recordings.
It has buttons to go to the List, Search and Audio tabs. Search on date, notes, external number etc. Recordings can be attached to an e-mail from within the software. A notification message can be recorded and played back. Archives of calls can be selected to burn onto CD for back up purposes. Special functionality for call centre use is added.
